Imagine the smell of sweet peppermint floating about as you sit in the living room as the Christmas Tree shares its light, to brighten up the room. You cuddle yourself with blankets and a cup of hot chocolate. with a single candy cane inside, topped with whipped cream. Snow falling ever so lightly onto your rooftop and onto the ground creating an unforgettable scenery. As you lay in you bed, you cant help but wonder how many presents will be waiting for you when you wake up. Can you hear them, the distance chimes? The day is near. Jumping out of our beds as well as our skins, to scurry down the steps down, towards the Christmas tree. Oh how it shines so bright. Its always the best feeling waking up to the smell of breakfast and Christmas carols. Opening your presents and releasing all the anticipation and excitement you've been holding in all night is always a feeling of happiness. Christmas is a holiday that brings out the merry in everyone. Christmas is about being joyful and being with loved ones, its not all about the presents. However, you cant convince anyone that Christmas should go without them. Its Christmas, a day to be merry for everything and everyone. Almost like Thanksgiving, but not quite.
