And Hey, it's Christmas time and you know what that means, PRESENTS! Most of the kids I know are wishing for new phones. As I went around the school this week I paid more attention to things I don't usually pay any attention to. I started to look at people's cell phones and how the users use them each day. I also asked what different apps they have on their phones. Different people had different apps, and set ups. This was a different experience because some people had apps that I have never heard of. When I asked 10 people about their apps on their phones right now, 6 out of 10 of them said they were more attracted to the social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. that was surprising because you would think that most high school students would love to be on social media all day. The other 4 students said they were more attracted to games such as 8 Ball Pool, Stick Hero, and Candy Crush.
Also when asked how many apps each person had on their phone, all 10 students admitted to having 20 plus apps on their phones. Wow, you know they're not going to get bored. There are lots of apps coming out around Christmas that the world can get there hands on but most students around here don't even pay attention to the app store around the holidays, or at least they haven't before When talking to senior Alexcia Gill, she said that her "main concern was not on her apps, but they were more on her presents". Well, whenever you get bored during the holidays take a look into your app store. Here are some apps you can expect to upgrade and advance during your holiday season.
