DJ De'Aundré Top 5
1."Selfish" by Asia Cruise
2."One Last Time" by Ariana Grande
3." I Wish You Loved Me" by Tynisha Keli
I came across this artist when I did "The Boy Is Mine" by Brandy and Monica. I really wanted to do the cover of that song she did with Japanese singer Beni but I thought I could get a rant on with this one. This is the first song I heard by her as a soloist and I fell in love with it mainly because I can relate to the message behind the music. This song mainly talks about being in love with a friend, it could be a best friend you've know forever or a friend you've recently made and can't shake the feeling that you and that person are meant to be together. I have recently developed feelings for a friend of mine in one of my classes and I try no to but it's so hard not to. I'm sure everyone almost everyone has been in this situation so if you have, just know that I am too and you are not alone.4. "Marry Me" by Jason Derulo
I love this song and this artist not just because he dated Jordin Sparks but because he has that pretty boy swagger that kind of makes you want to listen to him. You know when you're on YouTube and you see a pretty girl or a handsome boy and when you click on the video it turns out they can sing and you start to love them even more p.s. that's how I find new artists anyway. Also this is why he has such a huge female fan base he's attractive and he can sing and dance and that's what makes the women love him. This song should be played when you are about to propose to that special someone and you just can't find the words to say it yourself. It should also be played because it sums up how you should feel about that person and it shows them that they really mean it when they say I love you and when they ask you to marry you they truly and utterly want to grow old with you.
5."Sweet Dreams" by Beyonce
This is the best Beyonce song since "Deja Vu", from the dance moves to the rifts that she never holds back on a song she records and performs. Have you noticed the way she performs a song on a music video, she puts that same amount of energy in her live performances and that's one thing I love a bout Beyonce. This song is mostly about being in a relationship that can either be a sweet dream where everything can go perfectly and you have no problems (a boring relationship in my opinion) or it could be a beautiful nightmare where everything could be spiraling out of control and you don't want to leave them because you love them so much.
